we hope you love your purchases, but if you are not completely satisfied with the product or request a repair, we will always be there to help you.

Warranty Policy

Eyoyoscan only provides warranty service and official customer support for brand new products purchased from official stores such as Eyoyo official website, Amazon, eBay and AliExpress. for products purchased through Eyoyoscan authorized dealers or distributors, please contact them directly for after-sales service. 

We offer a 1-year limited warranty for new products purchased from Eyoyoscan. 

If your product fails within the warranty period, Eyoyo will ensure worldwide warranty support.

Please send your order number to Support@eyoyoscan.com or fill out and submit the form online. By adding your details, we can respond more quickly and accurately

Returns and Refunds

We are confident that you will love your Eyoyo barcode scanner. However, if you are not satisfied with your Eyoyo product for any reason, simply notify us within 30 days of the delivery date. You will pay for the return shipping costs unless there is a quality issue.

Note: Returns will only be processed if the item is returned to us, no exceptions, and we cannot process returns if the package is still in transit.

About Cancel order

You may cancel your order for a full refund until you receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We cannot intercept or cancel orders that have already shipped, and we hope you understand. If you cancel your order or refuse to ship after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and customs fees incurred on the return (charged according to the actual charges incurred). 

Please note that all barcode scanners will be shipped from China. Logistics may not be updated until they are shipped to your area. If you wish to cancel your order, Please contact us by send an email to Support@eyoyoscan.com for confirmation. If the package has not shipped yet, we will cancel your order for you after confirmation. If the package has already shipped, we cannot cancel the package for you. Unfortunately, we have no control over packages that have already shipped and we hope you understand.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be: unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and the item must be in the original packaging. For any returns or exchanges, you may be charged original shipping costs and return shipping costs, unless there is a quality issue, in which case you will pay the shipping costs. If you have ordered an item in error, you will be charged in accordance with this policy.

Refunds for late or lost items

Once we receive your returned product, the money will be refunded to your account in its original condition, and it usually takes some processing time before the refund is credited. If you do not receive your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.
