How long will you ship my order?
All orders will be shipped from China within 2 business days.


It usually takes 10 to 20 business days to receive your shipment, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number from the shipping company as soon as the product is shipped. This will let you know where the shipment is and how long it will take.


Please ensure that the address details you provide at checkout are correct as we will not be able to redirect the package once it is in transit. In case of any loss due to wrong address entry or fraudulent transactions, you will be held liable as the sole bearer of the monetary loss.

Note: Delivery time depends on the address specified in the order, orders to remote areas will take longer to be delivered. Do I need to pay for shipping?
Free Shipping (for North America. Other countries may charge additional postage, please pay attention to our mail for details)
How will my goods be shipped?
We cooperate with major freight forwarders. We will match your shipping address with the best logistics carrier to get your goods to you as soon as possible.

After a successful transaction, you will be notified when your order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided. If you do not receive a tracking number within 72 hours of completing your purchase, we ask that you first check your email "spam/junk" folder and then contact us.

If there are any problems with your order, you can submit a trouble ticket to our support center for further assistance. Our dedicated customer service team will contact you within 24 hours on working days
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure that all your items reach you at the same time. However, our products are not always sent together, as sometimes different shipping methods are used depending on the product and its availability. When a product is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email.
Can I change the shipping address of my package after it has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is on its way.
What do I do when I receive a product that is different from the one I ordered?
