Warranty Policy

Eyoyoscan offers A 1-year limited warranty and official customer support only for new products purchased from official stores, such as the official Eyoyo website, Amazon, eBay and AliExpress.


During the warranty period, Eyoyo offers worldwide warranty support.

Please send your order number and details to 111 so that we can respond faster and more accurately

Returns and Refunds

We are confident that you will love your Eyoyo barcode scanner. However, if you are not satisfied with your Eyoyo product for any reason, simply notify us within 30 days of the delivery date.
You will pay for the return shipping costs unless there is a quality issue. To return an item, Please contact us by email:Support@eyoyoscan.com
Note: Refunds will only be processed once we have received the return and cannot be processed for items that are in transit.

Cancel your order

Please note that all barcode scanners will be shipped from China.
Logistics updates are more likely to be delayed before shipping to your area, if you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at Support@eyoyoscan.com for confirmation.
If the package has not been shipped, we will cancel the order for you after confirmation.
We cannot cancel the package for you if the package has already been shipped.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the packages that have been shipped, hope you understand.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be: unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. For any return or exchange, you may be charged the original shipping and return shipping, unless there is a quality issue, in which case you will pay shipping.
If you order an item in error, we will charge you in accordance with this policy.

Refunds for late or lost items

Once we receive your returned product, the money will be refunded to your account in its original condition, and it usually takes some processing time before the refund is credited.

If you do not receive your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.
